Just thougth I'd say hello. Someone else who loves Kokanee fishing introduced me to the board. I'm from Canada originally, currently living in California and will be heading back to British Columbia in the next month... cause all the water is disappearing in California, haha. Won't be much to fish before long. I also like fishing for other species, whatever I can catch. I enjoy making fishing videos on our trips out and even some underwater videos. I'll post one of my Kokanee videos incase anyone is interested. Looks like a great board with tons of insight.... wish I found it earlier.
Fishing Lake Tahoe Kokanee Off a Kayak with a downrigger last summer. The fish were holding at 90 feet down. Most fish are small, but a few are slightly bigger. Interesting this lake doesn't grow much bigger fish.
