    Default First day of spring

Finally got out on the water. Fished up around the ranch. The fish are schooled up tight and hanging down around 40 ft. Dodger and squids worked the best. I had to change colors allot. I got 10 in about four hours of fishing so it was kind slow.

It is currently snowing yet again. Got to love the Utah spring weather.

All the ramps are usable, I launched at Bringer.

Some of the bays still have ice in the back of them but I did see a big sheet of ice floating around north of the ramp.

Wow. Just logged on to see if any talk about up coming season. Jealous of your trip. Good deal. Makes me think Im getting ready now for the first nice weekend weather report. It's a 320 mile round trip for me so I have to make it count. You launched in Utah, I launch at Buckboard and guess that might still be iced up. If anyone can give a ice report on Buckboard I would appreciate it. Your post has me fired up. Thanks

I launched at Brinegers crossing which is in Wyoming, I would guess to be ten miles south Buckboard. I havent heard if you can use the ramp Buck Board or not.
