    Default New downriggers going on

Well, 2 is better than none. Part of my downrigger order arrived yesterday and started mounting immediately. FYI, I hate pulley cords if I don’t have to have them so I made my own booms for the rear riggers for an easy reach to the clip.

If the freaking Helix would show up I could at least fish with the 2.

    Looking good.

I finally got my Helix 9 mounted in the boat. I am using my 8 for the GPS and the 9 for the Fish finder. The down side to having them in the dash is I can't see over them

I had to build a box under my seat on the old boat so that I could see over my Ulterra. It sat about 6" higher than my old Power Drive and was a real hazard to my vision.

How about getting rid of the back to backs on that side and putting in a pedestal seat? More floor space.

I have thought about that a lot. I keep threatening to replace the hole boat and find more of a fishing boat.

Maybe one of the pedestal seats that have the shock in them to raise and lower I am trying to stack mine double on the opposite side that i drive from to see better. New boat looks great Dave.
