    Default Navajo Lake

Good weekend at Navajo this past weekend. 4 man/woman limits for Saturday and Sunday. Had to work a little harder on Saturday for the limit but limited pretty quickly on Sunday. No real pattern to anything. Catching them anywhere from 10 ft down to 50 ft on all colors and lure types.

Any other New Mexico kokanee fisherman here? Was back at Navajo this weekend and got our 4 man limits both days. Pink or purple hoochies seemed to be the ticket. They haven’t stratified in the water column yet and we were catching them at the surface while letting line back and down to 55’ and all depths in between. Biggest were around 16”. All are really fat this year, even the smaller ones.

Can't wait for some spring Koke fishing at Navajo.
