    Default 2020 Reg changes?

Anyone seen proposed reg changes for next year? I was wondering if Utah and Wyoming would be making any changes to come closer together, i.e. possession limits, etc.

This is not a reg however its been something that Wyoming has been doing with some of there lakes, ponds, etc. for approx. 5yrs. You never hear anyone talk about Eagle Lake Rainbow Trout which has been stocked in the Gorge. The Wyoming stock reports names the strains of trout but Utah only mentions rainbow trout in there reports which I'm wondering if Utah is maybe doing same. For the past couple of years I've been hearing about some nice size bows being caught at the Gorge and I was wondering if this could be the strain.

Dating from years back the Rainbows that I would catch in Linwood Bay had Kokanee red meat just like the Eagle Lake Rainbows that we used to catch at Eagle Lake. Not a finer tasting Rainbow anywhere!!
