    Default Kill Switch

After some battery issues this Winter, I did some rewiring and decided to add a simple kill switch between the battery and fuse block. It was a pretty simple install. The switch was $17 and the battery cable was $12, so, under $30 and some terminations with shrink tubing that I had on hand.

In the event of any kind of a short, it would leave everything hot, I was picturing this as the true fail safe.
