    Default Okuma White Diamond Rod

I have an Okuma white diamond ML rod I plan to use this year.

Is this a good rod for salmon and trout?

    Anybody troll with Okuma rods?

    Thanks

If it is the 7'-6" ML, it looks like it is rated at for 8 - 17 lbs test line. Personally, I'd consider that a broom stick for trout and Kokanee. I use a pair of Okuma SST Kokanee rods and they are at the top end of stiffness for my taste but I like them for their combination of a soft tip with a decent backbone.

    Yes 7’6” model 2 piece

I might also use it for walleye

Yep, that would be a great use for it.
