    Default Another broken Lamiglass

My second red Lamiglas kokanee rod broke just above the ferrile. What should I replace it with? Have any of you used the Okuma Kokanee black casting rods?

I have a couple of the lesser priced Okuma SST Kokanee rods and like the heck out of them. The brand new Velocity red rod is also an awesome choice if you really liked your old red rod and priced very reasonably.

I can recommend Velocity. I have a couple and are happy with them.
Just checked their site, they show three models that look worth trying. @ $75 - $100

I see a lot of videos expounding on the great attributes of Lamaglas but 2 broken rods make me Leary about investing $100 each in rods. How did they get broken?
