Making Dodgers, where do you buy blanks

I want to make some dodgers this year
I know SuperD and others make there own
but I can't find where you buy your blanks.
I found this.

Hagen's Thin Spoon are stamped
out of either .020 spring
tempered brass or .018 steel

Has any one bot from them? what other places are there?
I fish Flaming Gorge and Strawberry,

They sell snap in rattles that one can add to the dodger for sound and even more vibration.
