Angling the Northwest one fish at a time.
For those wondering... I went last year and had a good time. There was a pretty good sized group of fisher folks that gathered and told stories and shared good food. The vendor gifts were very nice and it was good to put names to faces. If you are on the fence, I would recommend going. Worst case, you can fish an amazing lake, meet nice people and enjoy some pretty good local wine and beer in the afternoons.
Bogey? Now is your chance. Rooms in Manson are still available and pretty reasonable.
ALL FISH PICTURED IN POSTS ARE LARGER THAN THEY APPEAR
Thanks for the positive review. We'll be having some other fun like a wine tasting tour and a casting contest this year.

I'm really looking forward to this year at Chelan. The Washington Lakes crew put on a great get together last year. It was really fun putting names and faces together. And the food...awesome! What a great feed with every one bringing sides and the WL team cooking fish tacos and brisket. Great participation by the sponsors with lots of "goodies" for us too. - Alan
--I went last year but didn't have a chance to fish. Got to meet with Gary from FWG. I've been trying to get his gear and other kokanee specialty gear for sale in BC. Great to actually talk to the guy. Macs and Hevi beads as well. All made time to discus their products... and they all actually went out and fished.
--Washington lakes....super host
--Several family fishers there and the experts gave them equal time and encouraged them to keep fishing.
Wow platypus, how is it you didn't get to fish? Always room for one more in someones boat.
Plus, this year we have 4 different guides all offering 50% fishing trips that day. In addition to last year's sponsors we have Columbia Knife and Tool who are giving away a bunch of really sweet fillet knives.
This is our yearly "thanks" to our members get together, we hope to see lot's of you join us!

--no one's fault but my own. I just went there to check out the place...never been there before although only a few hours from the Okanagan in British Columbia. Have to get washington license... figure out where to stay and what all the boating regs are etc. Got it all figured out if I go this year.
We've added another guide and sponsor - Jerrod Gibbons of Okanogan Valley Guide Service. He will be offering a 1/2 price day of fishing and providing free gifts at the Potluck. It's time to get your RSVP in and find a place to stay in Chelan. Lakeshore RV Park still has some openings. It's going to fill up soon! RSVP on our Forum: http://www.washingtonlakes.com/forum...hp?f=4&t=21317
