    Default salmon dip ideas please

    id like to make a salmon dip for the family anyone got any good receipes?
    I just know stuff...

    Do you like a little spicy or mild?

    Spicy:
    Salmon
    cream cheese
    chopped jalapeno rings (pickled)
    green onions
    Couple shakes of Cajun spice

    Mild:
    salmon
    cream cheese
    green onions
    craisins
    couple shakes of garlic powder

    Smoked salmon dip

    smoked salmon bits (Add as many chunks and big of chunks as you prefer)
    1 cup cream cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    Few drops liquid smoke to taste
    few drops Tabasco

    Add anything else you like to taste, like onion, garlic, jalapeno etc.
    Mix cream cheese and sour cream together first than add everything else and sir in salmon chunks last.
    Makes a smooth creamy dip

    Here is one working for me

    1/2 lb. smoked salmon
    1/2 lb. cream cheese- room temp
    2 tbsp. sour cream
    1 tbsp. mayonnaise
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. Franks red hot 1/2 tsp- 2 tsp Saracha depending on your preference
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp salmon shake (Traeger or equivalent)mixed with salmon in food processor or skip the processor for chunky spread
    1/5th red onion chopped in processor
    red pepper chopped in processor

    Mix all together in mixer add salmon last if not using processor and prefer chunky spread.
