On the north side of Green Peter Reservoir, between the Thistle Creek ramp and Whitcomb ramp, there is a bridge over an arm of the lake the locals call Kokanee Bridge. It is one of the few places in Oregon or Washington that I know of where boatless anglers can catch kokanee. Anybody know of other places where the boat-deprived can access this fine fish?
