MA 8-2 Puget Sound 09-26-13

Launched at Everett at 6:00 A/M and fished the South end of MA 8-2 towards Shipwreck. I located fish on the finder and saw a few Silvers rolling in the Rips and had gear in the water at aprox 6:30. Ended up with my second Coho on the line at 7:15 and in the boat by 7:30. Phenomenal morning on the water!!! I used a Chartreuse Flasher in front of a Pearlescent Ace Hi-Fly with a Herring Strip and my secret sauce, 46 ft down on the wire at a trolling speed of 2.8 – 3.2 mph.

Nice job Kokanee Slayer. After only an hour of fishing you were headed for the docks. I have a cousin who lives in Everett. I will have to tell him to get his butt out there while the fishing is hot.

Thanks All !! Kinda makes up for the days I don't do so well in the Salt. Was going to make a run up there tomorrow but the winds look "Iffy".
