I went to renew my vehicle registration the other day and they asked me if I wanted an Idaho state parks pass, I asked what benefits it gives me and they handed me a brochure which talks about discounted pricing for entrance into many of Idaho's state parks

I used to always launch my boat at turner gulch or barclay bay which are managed by the army corps of engineers at a cost of $3 per launch (or an annual pass for $30 I believe), I purchased the pass and for $20 I can now launch until 8/31/15 at spring shores with no additional fees since it is the only lucky peak launch site managed by the state of Idaho, I'm sure many of you are aware of the pass already but I wanted to share the info since I always see a lot of fishing boats launching at barclay and turner
