    Default Surprise Lure of the 2012 Season

    What lure shocked you that it actually worked last year? The big surprise for me was when Dad asked me to rig him up a Army Truck Apex. Because of it's drab color we've used it for rainbows but never thought of it as a kokanee lure. Well... it ended up being one of the top two lures that day! What lure surprised you last season?

    The way my season went, I kept being surprised which lures weren't working!

    Orange Microhoochies. I have not had success with orange on Wickiup for years but last year it was "on" again.
