Thread: American Lake, Easter Morning success

Default American Lake, Easter Morning success

Instead of hunting Easter eggs, the Kokanee Nation brigadier general Zog hit American Lake for a couple of hours of quick trolling with Cousin Dickie and Bravo. Yep, as reported, water's still cold (and so was the air, as evidenced by Bravo's ... eh ... "purty" hat).

    One fish ...

However, as Zog pointed out in out "Early Season Kokanee Tech" Pro Cams (check 'em out over on the main discussion board), there are ways to get 'em to bite.

    Two fish ...

    More fish ...

Silver-plated blades + chartreuse Wedding Rings + Herzog's "Cosmic Funk" scent. Not red, not pink: chartreuse, trolled in the top 10 feet. Five quick fish, and off for other Easter obligations.

Next Kokanee Nation report: Palmer Lake.
