Drove up there today, 6 inches of gin clear, hard ice and 5 people fishing.

I had to try my new auger, mounted a 5" Lazer on the Rigid hammer drill, holy crap does that go through the ice!

Fished it this morning, took me a few hours to get the rust off my jerking elbow, missed a ton, brought home 12 fish, all dinkers biggest was 7 inches.
We need to clean them little guys out so the rest grow like weeds.
Just over half way towards the little island from the new access. there's a 6" square where my ice hut was. "bout 4 inches of snow on the ice, heavy sled drags hard

I've caught 14" out of there and 10-12" on a regular basis...
