    Default Any good Kokanee/Salmon Recipes?

.....anyone want to share their favorite Kokanee recipes?

    My easy/fast "go too" is.....

I start with totally de-boned fillets (skin on),
salt & peper (maybe some Lowrey's),
drizzle melted butter over the top,
Lay the fillets on top of Pam sprayed aluminum foil
place on preheated BBQ on low/med low for about 15 min.(depending on size)

    mmmmmm.

He is new to the forum. It is a understanable mistake, and not a big deal. Check out the recipe forum. Lots of ideas.

    Happy cooking!
