21.5ft 1978 IMP I/O with a brand new 9.9hp merc bigfoot kicker with remote steer( saved me a couple times when the big motor has had issues lol) it's my first boat i've owned the idea being to get used to handling a big boat before i spend big money on a nice one lol. but she floats and man she sure can catch some fish not to mention rides great in the water even when the wind picks up on the gorge. by the time i get all the kinks works outta the big motor i probably will be too attached to the old gal to let go lol.........well maybe

    Lance,
I eye my future dream boat all the time. Then I think about spending a fraction of the amount and making my boat the best that it can be. It's an awful tug of war in my mind. Winning the lottery would certainly help me make up my mind.

I'm new and just getting back into fishing after owning ski boats. I'm the nephew of the previous long time owner of Poulsen Cascade (Half Fast) so I grew up around fishing on the Rivers. I now have a place on Lake Merwin and have fallen in love with kokanee fishing. Just bought an 18' Kingfisher and looking forward to hitting the water with it. Pic is from it's first day. Still need to install the downrigger and pole holders.

Nice looking boat Todd. If you need any advice about rigging your boat, there are a lot of guys here to help.

Very nice looking platform you have there to build a Koke chasing machine. Downriggers in your near future?

Oh she is a Koke machine. I have three Cannon Manual downriggers and tons of gear. I just upgraded to a 30hp from a 9.9hp so I was just out testing it, hints why you see nothing in the boat hahaha. I usually have a minimum of 5 poles in my boat all rigged up with different presentations ready to go! Headed out to Chelan in search of Koke this Thursday!
