    Default Causey 1-14-11 kokes

Thursday i loaded up the shotgun, dogs, and ice fishin stuffand headed up ogden canyon, long story short i ended up at causey reservoir and fished for a few hours and iced a dozen or so small trout.(didn't even use the gun)
Friday hit causey again in the a.m with a couple of buddies and had the same success for trout with a bonus 20" cut and we stumbled into the kokes for a while. We all caught our limits of koke (4 each)on anything that we dropped down, we were in 30' of water and the whole fish finder screen was blacked out, we left them once we had our limits.
Lots of wildlife on the drive home puts the icing on the cake for a good day fishing. Heres some pics.

petty, 15-17" through the ice????? you have to be ****tin me, that would be fun.
Porky has been 10-12" fish through the ice for the last 4 or 5 years for me, but 7" average, that is a tad bit on the small side from the norm.
