me and the girlfriend hit strawberry thurs afternoon through sat morning to get her into some of those infamous berry cutts and maybe get lucky on the kokes. Well we hooked a few kokes and did well on the cutts trolling just about everything in the tackle box, but the girlfriend outfished me again with the good old hoochie and sling blade. Fun trip with consistent "fish on".

Those Bear Lake Cutts are truly a PRETTY fish. Nice size on the koke, about the same size as the Gorge this past weekend. Was that the only koke you got into?

thanks, we hooked a few more kokes that gave us acrobatic shows then let go. The one in the picture is the only one we got in the net.

Just a quick word of advice. Be careful setting you open tackle boxes on the gunwale with dogs in the boat. You might see your hard earned cash on the way to the bottom of the lake?
