    Default Lowrance X97 Fishfinder

I bought a used Lowrance X97 fish finder. I bought it on Ebay from a buyer I have done business with and trust. I over looked the fact it didn't have a transducer or wiring harness.101duh I was wondering if any others will interchange or if anyone knows where to find them. I am learniong. Just not fast enough.

Having already checked the lowrance factory site and e-bay, I suggest you go to the factory site and put the questiion to them.

Lei Extras can help you out, they are the parts department for Lowrance/Eagle.

You can get everything you need from them but they aren't cheap. It's like buying parts from any other dealer.

You can also check out the fisherman's marine in portland on hayden meadows drive, by the old g i joe's store. I don't remember his name but there is a guy in there that seems to have the best knowledge of any sales clerk that I have ever spoke with about fish finders. And he, like me, is a big fan of Lowrance products. Also, fisherman's prices should be about as good as anybodies for this stuff.

I have two X-97's they stopped making the gray connector (transducers)a couple years ago. BUT DONT WORRY THEY WILL WORK WITH THE BLUE CONNECTORS. I'm not shore if they will read temp. but the sonar will work. I switch back and forth between my X-97's and HDS-5 on both Grey and Blue connectors.

Great Just what I wanted to know. The blue conectors I understand but are all the transducers with a blue connector the same? I have found a ton of blue connector ones. Diffrent angles and out put. All the sites that had transducers for the X97 were out of stock. They were all 20 degrees skimmers. I don't have the foggiest idea what that means.:~)
    Thanks for the info.

I know these work http://www.lei-extras.com/store/sear...t&Unit=HDS%2D5 you should be able to find all of these at your local dealer. I'm using the HST-WSBL Part 106-72. You will need to stay with the 200 khz transducers.
