Don, I purchased mine online. You can print out a temporary certificate thats good for I beleive 15days. They will mail you a decal within that time frame. The decals are also on sale at licensed agents, whoever they are. This is the website: http://gf.state.wy.us

A lot is being made of the Wyoming sticker, probably because that is where most of you fish. However, Bduck brought up the fact that Utah has a launch permit requirement for invasive species and that is something you need to consider if any of you launch at Lucerne or anywhere on the Utah side of the lake. i.e. If you launch at Lucerne and fish Pipeline, you need both!
