Default fishing report last weekend at Buckboard

We got on the water around 9 on Sat., went to our rainbow spot and had steady action on bows and small macs. Fished in 10 to 25 foot of water using a variety of crankbaits and spoons, off riggers and boards. Landed 14 and dropped many more. Now Sunday was a different story. Got out early for Kokes, fished with the fleet just south of the launch and did one mini mac for 2 hours of throwing everything at 'em. Took a ride to look for fish and found none. Went back to the rainbow spot and caught nothing. I dont know what changed, but we could not get anything going. Water temp was a little cooler. It was great to get the boat out for the first trip to the Gorge. Everything worked, nobody got hurt and we got some great tasting rainbow filets. I did not have an AIS sticker and we did not see anyone checking.
