just curious why all the non koke reports for all states were placed into one thread? the way it used to be, with individual states having their own non koke reports was much better, imo. we all fish...
wil,
did you just buy that oakes recently, or were you trying to sell it? there was a red topped one for sale not too long ago. my buddy just sold his 24' oakes a couple months ago. big block/3...
actually just got back a couple hours ago. we did pretty good. caught limits of nice fat fish. most were around 15"-16". caught a few in the 12" range. if you want to go, better hurry. not much water...
anyone fished camas yet? if so, how's the fishing? any size?
i told myself after the 4601 kokanee reels showed up, i was done buying reels for quite awhile.....then i ordered a shimano cardiff 301a. i need help.
ya, i know they come in lefties, but wasnt sure if this "custom kokanee" model did. like the c5 they used to make...you thought they'd offer it in a lefty, but they didnt. anyway, i looked them up...
i own a pile of abu's and love em. also love my revo and calcutta te. but the abu's are for sure the work horses, and for the money, the can'y be beat. i recently sold a couple 4600's. i bought them...
he was actually killed on a little chunk of public, from access through the private. watched a bull for three days that was an honest 350 class bull. problem was he would not come off private ground...
not the monster i was hoping to find, but i was more than happy to harvest this bull. my buddy shot another 5 pt on the other side of the ridge about an hour before. we had a couple days of packing...
didnt get the early tags. pretty excited. my buddy and his friends killed three nice bulls in there last year. i think we'll have access to a couple ranches that he's hunted before.
we drew bull tags in 44.
we drew 44 bull tags.
i'll be hunting bulls on the other side (north) of the highway from you. pretty jacked!!
been thinking hard about getting another gwp. here's my boy sam. he was a birdy little sob. he had the goofiest personality...until he knew it was hunting time. the switch would flip and he'd go from...
wow, i would like to see some bruisers like that, over here. chicken is now gone. i'll whip you up some home made chicken broth instead.
my wager stands....except it's now a three quarter eaten chicken...had some for lunchlaugh hyst
do you fish l.p. or arrowrock much? pretty bold statement. i've got $100 and a half eaten chicken for ya, if you do the above at either place.

lets hope that wasn't the case.
it said caught, not kept.
you can try gloves, or, just put a bit of scent on your fingers PRIOR to rigging/baiting up.
heard there have been some caught on the little river. havent heard of anything on the main. i think they just reduced the limit to one adult on the main clearwater too.
buddies made another trip in by plane and hooked in to 15 plus one nice cutt.
