Silver Lake, Everett....Kokanee?
Has anyone fished Silver Lake in Everett (Snohomish County) for Kokanee? WDFW reports putting about 25,000 Kok fry into the 100 acre lake each year, so seems like it should be good. There's no ramp, so it's a small boat, car-topper or kayak deal, but I can't figure out if it's worth dragging the row boat out there. Thanks...
According to the Interweb.... there is.
Looks like there are 2 boat launches on Lake Stevens. I just Googleized it. and the WDFW has a youtube showing tips and tricks on catching Kokanee. There also seems to be a derby there as well. So... it probably is worth it. I might hit it myself as I live right down the road a bit.
