I don't know...but it doesn't look like it. I have only been fishing kokanee for 2 years. That is one winter. Most of the kokanee we were catching die and then the water gets cold. When it warms up we catch the next round of kokanee. As near as I can figure it out. Let me know if you find out anything different.
