Finishing off the season fishing the salt for the big boys led me to my latest glow box design which has a few new and improved features. First off, the box had to be a little bigger to handle the large 11" salmon flashers. Then I added a spoon rack on the back wall made out of cork to hang various lures. The box is powered by 5 UV LED lights, 4 wide angle spots positioned at the ends and a 12" directional bar that pivots. I think this version is truly the do it all glow box.

I bought the lights from a guy on ebay that I've been getting my lights from for all my boxes. I keep sending him messages to make some more 12" tubes for me but he hasn't caught up to my requests as of late. I gave this box to a good friend and want another tube for my own box.

Super D....On the boxes that I've built I used the lights from LED Flashlights that I bought at the Dollar Stores. They usually have 3-5 lights in each one and I just mount 3 of the Flashlight lens in the box and wire them up. Also the Dollar stores are good place to buy the box's and pig tails that connect to the 12 v. outlet on the dash of my boat ! I also use the Silver Windshield covers that reflect the sunlight to cover the inside of the box.
