Might as well stayed home with the cloudless bluebird sky. Not much of a bite going on at all. Did manage 2 pink kokes, a bluegill, a jumbo perch and a nice bow. Had a couple of other taps at the lure but nothing. Stayed around SD's east side area. Marked fish but no action.

Hank,
At least you did'nt get the salmon skunk like I did last night. I trolled a couple of hours without a tap then anchored up till 10:00 getting hits by kokes but no hookups, just one johnny roach.

Did you go to SD's hot spot? lol The bite this morning was just very small taps. If they didn't hook up you lost em. lol The perch was probably 14" and hit like a freight train.

Yellow Perch may not be as good to eat as a Kokanee, but darn close.
Was that thing down 30 feet?

Hey Hank, I was thinking of heading to WH tomorrow AM, do you think the kokes are still in good shape?

I'm sure there are a few 3-4 year old adult silver bullets hanging in there, females mostly. They dont seem to transform as fast as the males.
I know there are plenty of 2 year olds that dont transform till next year.

When are you going to the Hill again?.

might go this week sometime. Maybe we will have a cloudy day this week. might bring the boat with the electric riggers now that the restriction is off.
