Here is my latest attempt at organized storage with a small over head rack for the popular ones of the day.

I use plano boxs and rotate them from storage areas on the boat to the shelf under the lure table depending on if we're trolling or jigging.

Very nice. I have been trying to decide how to organize. This is what I have settled on so far.
This bag holds all my dodgers in the front pocket and the main compartment is the second picture, but there are two Plano boxes that sit ontop.

For kokanee I carry 15-20 plano boxs of lures and rotate them from storage areas on the boat to the shelf under the lure table depending on if we're trolling or jigging.

When you said storage I thought that I was going to show off my camping & fishing cabinet that I made. As far as my fishing bag I showed it on this post.

Oh what the heck I am proud of what I made. So this is where I keep everything when I am not fishing. It is 3 foot wide, 3 foot deep and 7 foot tall.101idea101

where whould i find the foam hoochie holders?

They were at a local store here in Washington. Gibbs and delta out of Canada makes them. I have friends that have taken those foam pads that you kneel on for gardening and cut them to size. Seems like the same material.

I can get about 85 hoochies/spinners in this system.

Regular old pipe insulation works for me. Although I will admit the colored stuff is pretty cool looking. I think the pool noodles material is a bit more durable as well. I may have to switch out when the pipe insulation dies.

Darn more stuff to buy!

I kinda like the dodger box idea! I may have to try that.

Since my boat is still being outfitted I took advantage of the open garage and cleaned and organized.
