Took the new-to-me boat out this evening to local reservoir, and thankfully had a rather uneventful voyage with all the wake boarders and jet skiers.

Found out that no need to prime the 90 hp Evinrude VRO as a matter of practice lest you flood it and look stupid at the launch. Ran great rest of evening, smooth through all rpms and more quiet than I expected.

Sure like the room in that 19.5" Sea Nymph. Lots of free board, handled the waves/wakes real well even at full speed.

The 5 hp Honda kicker started right up, but seemed starved for gas at higher end. Noticed that the bulb on gas line was collapsed. On a sequential check at home found that the bulb had been put in backwards with the check valve preventing gas flow to engine. I am surprised it ran at all. Guess I believe the seller that he did not use it often. `

Not a drop came out of drain at end of trip.

Now for a fishing trip to work out more bugs. Going out Sunday AM to troll for some wipers.

BTW, you guys scare me with all your trailer horror stories.

Tight lines.
