Does anyone have any idea of what the "current" ice situation is at LP or Arrowrock?

Two weeks ago there was a very thin ice layer on lucky peak starting around the mores creek area and back to the arrowrock dam. Turners Gulch area at the face of the dam has been open water all winter. However, it can get windy so if your in a small boat be careful. As for arrowrock I haven't been up there this year but have read other posts that have stated arrowrock is frozen over at the head water areas but open at the dam and fishing well for trout. Hope this helps.
