fished wallowa lake on 2/19.took our son and a couiple friends out while the girls put on a baby shower for our daughter.jigged at 145 feet on the bottom.we boated 21,mostly 13-15 inches.snowed all day but it was still a great day.here is a couple pics.

Good looking batch of kokes ya got there!! I've been working on a few new jigs for this year and can hardly wait to try them...were you useing 3/4oz jigs to get to that depth?

we used 3/4 oz kokanaters and nordics,orange and white and pink and white with 2 week soaked corn and smelly jelly.

nice kokes. can't wait for that first taste of fresh hot pan fried koke melting in my mouth with the wonderful aroma in my nose.
the fish from the gods.
those are the best tasting kokes, almost as rich and tastey as ocean sockeye. must be all the myosis shrimp

Mt Howard and the Eagle Cap must have 10ft of snow on them this year with all the snow storms. never forget the rumbling avalanche last year above the campground in the middle of the night with the big flood on the river.

may not wait until May to come this year.

the hunt for the 12lb Lake Wallowa Monster Koke is on.

I usually don't pull the boat over until May... I'll be rethinking that routine.
