Welcome Bill , if you use google maps you can see two launches.The north park launch is $10 and the south launch is free with parking tag permit that you get with fishing licience. The gear you use for kokanee in the lake is all in the AMERICAN lake thread . If you get out in the next couple of weeks you can still catch your limit! hope this help.
