Hi All!

Well I've been out on WH almost every evening since the 21st.
Got my limit of 8 on the 21st and 4 to 6 fish each evening since.
Fishing from 7:30 PM to Midnight.
Most fish in the 13-14 inch range.
All fish caught on the East side (1st cove at anchor) in 45-47 ft. of water.
Schools of fish passing from 33 to 40 ft. down. (Water temp. 53 to 45 degrees.)
Have been using a 1 1/2" Hali (Glow white with red stripe) icefishing jig with 2" chain dropper and #8 red hook baited with 1 maggot and 1 shoepeg corn scented with hot pink Magic Dust.
Gets down fast pass the Bluegills and Trout.
Very good fishing so far -> Will see how it holds up as warmer Wx builds in June and water stratifies.

Brining 1 1/2 dozen fillets for smoking tommorrow -> 1st Kokanee Candy of the season -> Yummy!tongue2

Best regards,
SeaDog

How cool is that? Koke fishing in CT. Great to have some reports from back East!

Hey SeaDog. Any luck this year at West Hill? Tried a few times there in May with an assortment of colors and rigs but no luck. Resorted to night fishing with maggot and corn.

Had better luck at East Twin???
