Fellow sweet tooths, what do you have as your desserts when camping? I don't mind making pies, cobblers, cakes or cookies while camping. Do you have any recipes you'd be willing to share?

My favorite is home made ice cream! tooexcited I've got an old hand crank ice cream maker we pass around the campsite taking turns at the crank. Doesn't mater which recipe you use nothing beats a bowl of home made ice cream by the campfire!

I like two things. The first is take a marshmellow and wrap it in a cresent roll. You just need enough to cover the marshmellow. Cook it in the fire or in a pan which is what I prefer. Its easier to make sure the dough gets cooked. Once cooked roll it in butter and then in brown sugar. The second is take a bananna and cut it length wise. Then put choclate chips or other flavors in it. Wrap it in tin foil nice and tight then put it around the fire to heat up.
