Watched a show on the food network that did a piece on a restaurant in Philly that had great Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. Got me to craving one.

1 - 1.5 lbs sliced deli roast beef
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 sm. onion - cut vertically into thin strips
1/3 bell pepper cut into strips
2 TBSP butter
Couple dashes of seasoning salt and garlic powder
4 slices of colby jack cheese
4 French rolls lightly buttered and toasted

Sautee sliced vegetables until onion begins to become translucent. Then add coarse chopped roast beef and stir until meat is warm. Add sliced cheese on top of the meat & veggie mixture, turn off heat and cover while you toast your rolls. Add the gooey cheese, meat & veggie mixture to warm rolls and enjoy.

Do you have a way to heat food on the boat? I make killer breakfast burritos too.
