Big Ken and his brother in law were heading out to Ice House and wanted me to join them I had some other things to do after noon so I went and met them at 6am and we launched in the dark. Just out for fun so we had some dodgers and spin bugs out and I was running a SLD. We put 15 fish in the boat before the sun broke the ridge(8:30) Jeff made eggs, bacon, and cheese bagels thumbsup

Everything was caught on top and we only ran three rods.Water temp was 58 and weather was off and on sun and clouds no real wind. All the fish were small 8 to 11 inches.Opal and an orange flame(new for 2010) and a green bug caught most of the fish when I was there.
Ken called on the way home and said 41 was the final count! good job guys.
If your looking for some fun top line action hit up Ice House.

I use to make alot of trips to Ice House, Union Valley, & Loon lake when I lived in Sacramento. Sly Park is another favorite that doesn't take long to get to. Caught a few good browns out of Loon Lake & rainbows from Ice House. Didn't spend as much time on Union Valley, but remembering catching some small releasable trout.
