stomperOur daughter graduated from Sacramento State University yesterday so we had a little graduation party for 30 of her closest friends. stomper

I spent all day Friday cooking and smoking.
2 - 8 lbs butts in the smoker
24 - Chicken thighs & 12 chicken breasts on the grill
32 - Brats on another grill
12 potatoes worth of potatoe salad
2 lbs dry macaroni worth of macaroni salad
1 head of cabbage worth of cole slaw

After putting out 2 tables of appetizers, it was time for the main course.

More awesome grub SuperD. Congrats to your daughter. Our son (the baby) graduated high school this past Friday. Had family in town and had our selves a venison and italian sausage BBQ (on a much smaller scale though). Happy Memorial Day to all!

Man O Man that looks great. I love cookin and fillin up the smoker. I bought two butt roasts the other day. They will be going on the smoker soon. Oh Man I cant wait. Good on ya and congrats to your daughter. Mine just finished her soph year. two more than grad school to be a physical therapist and sports med.
