I understand Jared has the new Koke rod. I saw it at The Sacramento ISE show at the Lamiglas booth. Is it made by Lamiglas and where and when can I get one?.

Fisherman's Warehouse was taking orders for them. That's who I ordered them from.

The nice thing about getting them at the show was no sales tax and also a free hat with each and free shipping. I'm looking forward to getting mine in March hopefully along with a number of others.

You will likely find them at the Lamiglas booth. Lamiglas made them for Jared at Rocky Mountain Tackle.

What kind of a price are they asking for these, and how many guides are on them?

Should be anywhere between 70 and 75.00 dollars!

What kind of a price are they asking for these, and how many guides are on them? They will be in the neighborhood of 70 to 75 dollars. They are 7'8 with 12 guides. perfectly balanced with a very soft tip and a awesome backbone. Besides that they are pretty. Bright red with black and silver wraps

They are easy to recognize as they are one of the few models that isn't all black. I was in a tackle shop the other day and they had over 200 rods that were black. It's not a big issue, but I like being able to easily distinguish which rod is which by color.

Does any one know how this new rod (Jared's) compares to the CG70DR? Maybe the backbone of the CG70DR, with the tip sensitivity and length of the FC76UL?

A great looking rod with some backbone down low. My only complaint after seeing one at ISE was that I couldn't get Cory to sell me his demo rod in the booth crymeariver

I've got my advance order in.

Latest news on the RMT Rods. Jared talked with Lamiglas today and they want to share our booth during the Salt Lake Show in March. They have promised us they would have the first run completed and in our hands by the time the show starts in the 12th. Keep the fingers crossed. For those of you who ordered them at the Sacramento show, you should hve yours by the first week in March.
