I think you would be ok early on. The water level has stayed higher, longer this year. Not too much longer tough, and even the East launch will probably be too steep.

Took the boys out a week ago for a quick evening trip. Boated 8 Lost 4 at the boat (forgot the net) and missed a bunch. Finally starting to pick up...
I was able to make a quick run up with the boys and wife last night. Used a bucket as a sea anchor and it put me at 1.4-1.6 mph and it worked great. In just under 2 hours we managed to land 3, lose...
Looks like I need to slow it down a little bit..... Might have to get a sea anchor rigged up. I'm going as slow as I can.
Thanks for the help!!
What depth did you find the kokes in? I have been struggling to find fish there this year. I have never had this hard of a time before. Not sure if there is something I am doing wrong, or if my...
So how do they work?
Well crap. My brother fished the PIG last night. I couldn't make it. He fished at all the above recommendations and only managed one koke.
Man this is frustrating!
Hopefully the skunk comes...
Well, I must have just missed the show entirely. I was like 15-20'. Marked some down that deep. Not many though. Most were shallower., but probably the younger ones.
Thanks for all the...
Ya. Should have charged the electric and gone a little slower.....
I personally like 1.7 if I can get it. I had about 50-60' set back, but nothing seemed to make a difference. I prefer to go a little faster too, to target the more aggressive fish. Maybe the moon...
Late June through August the 1.8-2.0 I have done really good. I usually dont have time to fish kokes right now so this is somewhat a new game to me. I have an electric that I can use to go slower...
What is the most effective speed for spring and early summer kokes? I had a tough evening fishing for kokes under 15' down. I couldn't get my boat to go under 1.9 mph. Didn't get a single hit even...
Fished the pig last night. Marked tons of fish. Not a single bite. Not sure what I did wrong. Never had too hard of a time catching fish there, but never been able to do very good when the fish...
Looks like an epic trip. I cant wait to get down there!
Has anyone fished these? I recently met someone who fishes these exclusively for trout and salmon (ocean). Has anyone fished them for Kokes? I heard they are out of business. Is that correct? IF...
It does accept SD cards. I did some research and it looks like only take the Gold/Hotmaps..... Should have spent a a little more to get a finder that took more card options.... Live and learn. ...
Does anyone know if they make a map card for the western states for a hummingbird 587ci hd di? I would love to use one if they make it. I would like to actually see what the contours are of a lake...
Seeing all these boats makes me want to upgrade fro my little tin tub! One day when my kids get a little older and less expensive maybe...
Thanks! I was wondering if that was the case. I'm glad I didn't spend a whole buck of money to find out I should have bought something else with the money.
Has anyone had any luck using flat fish for kokes? I have found some very small flat fish in the standard Kokanee colors. Just wondering if anyone has ever had any luck with them. I would imagine...
Do you guys usually run an Apex or similar type lure all alone or do you run a dodger in front of it? Been wanting to try one for some time, but want to make sure I have a good set up before I drag...

This was my last trip down there. Lost a PIG at the boat.
Well done. I want to get back down there, but with a wife due basically any time till the end of the month, I may have to wait till next year.
Way to go. I'm glad you got a few. Sure is a nice quiet pond. The solitude is worth catching smaller fish. Hopefully you can get some more.
It's addicting!! Good luck!
